In Exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 14(1) of the Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013 the GSICC framed the Guidelines for conducting an Inquiry by the Internal Sub-Committee which insists the necessity of Gender Harassment committee in every institutions. Therefore, the Gender Harassment committee of Nandha Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Erode was established on March 8^th 2023 in association with Women's Development Cell at 12:00pm with an official meeting pointing on the relevance of the committee.
